What is Essence? Essence is present when we we contact our true nature. Essence is real presence. There are different life essences and qualities. For instance power, love, joy.
In the school of Diamond Logos Netherlands two day workshops are offered to experience and contact a certain essence.
For instance: Joy, curiosity, or strenght and courage, or inner support and trust.
They each are sensed differently in our body, in our being. In the workshop there is space to contact the essence, to consciously feel the essence and to be aware of the sometimes fake essence we tend to express by lack of contact with the real essences.
